Dr. Fahim offers a broad range of services to patients including cataract surgery, glaucoma management and laser treatment, and diabetic eye management.
Dr Fahim has an outstanding academic record, graduating with Honors from University of Michigan. Because of his academic achievements, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in only three years.
Dr. Fahim attended the prestigious Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. After receiving his Medical Degree, Dr. Fahim trained in the department of General Surgery at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. He then completed residency in Ophthalmology at the Kresge Eye Institute. Dr. Fahim received the "OKAP" award for achieving the top score in the "Ophthalmic Knowledge Assessment Program" Examination. He is widely respected by his peers and considered among the top cataract surgeons.
In addition to seeing patients in Port Huron and Fort Gratiot, Dr. Fahim serves as a Clinical Instructor at the Kresge Eye Institute and is faculty member at Wayne State University. He is a published author on articles regarding cataract surgery.
